Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee patient assessments, plan and evaluate care, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to evidence-based practice.
  • •Monitor staff performance, provide coaching, and ensure safe staffing levels in collaboration with the Nurse Manager.
  • •Lead conflict resolution and emergency response within the ICU to maintain high standards of patient care.
  • •Support patient and family education, maintain professional competencies, and participate in continuing education and research.
  • •Uphold regulatory, organizational, and ethical standards while promoting a safe environment and positive patient experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree in Nursing OR Associate degree in Nursing from Canada or USA with minimum two (2) years course duration AND Successful completion of the National exam: USA NCLEX-RN OR Canada Licensing Exam
