Job Summary

Lead and execute projects on the E-7A Systems Engineering team for the E-7A Program. Provide engineering leadership across multiple disciplines, support proposal development, and coordinate resources, schedules, and technical inputs. Track performance against baseline plans, manage risks, and implement corrective actions. Develop and manage statements of work (SOW), assessing change impacts and incorporating updates to meet R&D and new business requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, computer science, data science, mathematics, physics, chemistry, or equivalent non-US qualifications related to the work statement.
•5+ years’ experience in project engineering, technical project coordination, R&D, or science and technology program support.
•5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
•Experience coordinating tasks, schedules, deliverables, and technical inputs across multiple stakeholders.
•Experience tracking project or portfolio status, including milestones, risks, and execution priorities.
