Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own the product roadmap for one or more areas; set strategy, prioritize ruthlessly, and deliver against adoption, migration, and cost-efficiency goals
  • •Lead enterprise customer discovery to translate observability pain points into product requirements and drive product adoption
  • •Partner with engineering, GTM, and Snowflake platform teams to execute quarterly plans and align on integration opportunities (Cortex AI, Iceberg, Snowflake Intelligence)
  • •Represent product in high stakes situations to customers, partners, and leadership through crisp PRDs, specs, and strategy presentations
  • •Drive 0-to-1 & 1-to-N Initiatives: Identify emerging patterns and turn them into scalable, GA-ready product offerings.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 265,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of PM experience, with 3+ years on infrastructure, developer tools, or observability platforms
  • •Deep familiarity with observability concepts (logs, metrics, traces, APM, alerts) and cloud-native architectures
  • •Technical fluency in distributed systems, streaming ingest, and open standards (OpenTelemetry, Iceberg)
  • •Proven track record shipping in competitive enterprise markets and displacing incumbents
  • •Strong communicator who can align cross-functional teams and navigate the complexity of an acquisition integration
