Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Product Managers and delivery teams in defining, refining, and prioritizing product requirements, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation.
  • •Assist with customer discovery, stakeholder interviews, user research activities, usability testing, and analysis of feedback.
  • •Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, risk, security, operations, and business teams to support product delivery and technology initiatives.
  • •Support Agile Release Train activities including backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, and Agile ceremonies.
  • •Monitor risks, dependencies, and impediments to delivery; escalate issues that may require decisions or support from senior leaders.
