Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead multiple complex transformation processes, programmes, or workstreams aligned to global investor onboarding priorities and business objectives.
  • •Translate transformation strategy into plans, decisions, milestones, and measurable outcomes, including target operating model design and implementation.
  • •Coordinate stakeholder dependencies, risks, and resources to deliver outcomes on time and within scope.
  • •Perform current-state assessment and gap analysis across investor onboarding, transfer agency, and AML/KYC processes; define future-state.
  • •Facilitate governance workshops, communicate risks/dependencies/progress to senior forums, and support implementation readiness, testing, adoption, and post-implementation review.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of relevant experience in change, project, process improvement, or Agile delivery.
  • •Strong transformation and change delivery experience across investor onboarding, transfer agency, and AML/KYC (or funds/financial services operations).
  • •Proven ability to lead complex functional projects or workstreams with cross-functional dependencies and moderate risk/resource requirements.
  • •Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to develop practical solutions in less-defined situations.
  • •Strong stakeholder leadership skills, including producing executive and governance materials; Microsoft Office proficiency is required.
