Job Summary

Own and continuously improve the global demand planning process to deliver reliable forecasts across multiple countries and customer channels. Manage the monthly demand planning cycle, maintain forecast data in SAP APO, and analyze forecast accuracy to uncover root causes of deviations. Track KPIs, collaborate with local and cross-functional teams, and represent wholesale demand planning in the SIOP process while driving system and process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the monthly global demand planning cycle across multiple countries and customer channels.
•Collect, validate, consolidate, and maintain demand forecasts in SAP APO.
•Analyze forecast performance, identify trends, and investigate root causes of forecast deviations.
•Monitor forecast accuracy KPIs and collaborate with local teams on improvement actions.
•Represent wholesale demand planning in the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process and collaborate on system enhancements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
•Experience in demand planning, supply planning, supply chain, forecasting, or S&OP/SIOP.
•Experience working with planning systems, preferably SAP APO.
•Advanced Excel skills with reporting and data analysis experience.
•Strong analytical/problem-solving, stakeholder management, and English communication skills.
