Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the monthly global demand planning cycle across multiple countries and customer channels.
  • •Collect, validate, consolidate, and maintain demand forecasts in SAP APO.
  • •Analyze forecast performance, identify trends, and investigate root causes of forecast deviations.
  • •Monitor forecast accuracy KPIs and collaborate with local teams on improvement actions.
  • •Represent wholesale demand planning in the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process and collaborate on system enhancements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Experience in demand planning, supply planning, supply chain, forecasting, or S&OP/SIOP.
  • •Experience working with planning systems, preferably SAP APO.
  • •Advanced Excel skills with reporting and data analysis experience.
  • •Strong analytical/problem-solving, stakeholder management, and English communication skills.
