Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate transport and haul trucks safely and efficiently to deliver materials and equipment as designated by business needs.
  • •Demonstrate thorough operational knowledge of end dumps and/or belly dumps (with and without pups) and related equipment.
  • •Keep time and material records and follow verbal and written instructions.
  • •Maneuver and back with pup trailer, including connecting and disconnecting the pup trailer.
  • •Communicate effectively on the radio system and maintain incident-free driving and adherence to safety procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED required, with one to two years of related experience and/or training (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • •Must possess a valid state commercial driver’s license (CDL) Class A.
  • •Must possess a valid Medical Card as per DOT standard.
  • •Preferred endorsements: Air Brakes, Manual Transmission.
  • •Ability to operate end dumps/belly dumps safely, keep time and material records, follow instructions, and communicate via two-way radio.
