Key Responsibilities

  • •Turn unclear GTM process requests into clear technical requirements and implementation approaches with GTM stakeholders.
  • •Build integrations, event flows, automations, and changes to GTM Engine using APIs/webhooks and workflow mechanisms.
  • •Choose build, buy, or configure based on the problem, prioritizing native platform capabilities and using custom code only when it adds real value.
  • •Build production-ready systems with testing for failure paths, duplicate handling, retries, and monitoring for fast issue detection.
  • •Integrate cleanly with Salesforce and other platform owners, emit data needed to measure performance, and ship/support releases with safe deployment and troubleshooting.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years in software, systems, or integration engineering, with shipped integrations or event-driven systems using APIs/webhooks.
  • •Solid programming ability in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript, with working SQL and confidence using Git and code review.
  • •Experience integrating with business systems such as CRM, payments, finance, marketing, or operations platforms (Salesforce useful but not required).
  • •Ability to work directly with non-technical stakeholders and turn unclear requests into buildable technical requirements.
