Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related business discipline; or a quantitative discipline combined with relevant transaction advisory/professional-services experience.
  • •6+ years of data analytics experience within transaction advisory, M&A advisory, private equity, or similar professional services environment.
  • •Industry recognized professional certification required.
  • •Experience analyzing complex company-level financial, customer, sales, pricing, profitability, or operational data to support transaction conclusions and recommendations.
  • •Strong proficiency in Python and Alteryx, plus experience with SQL/relational databases, Excel, and visualization (e.g., Tableau or Power BI).
