Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Asia Pacific IT Operations, providing direction, coaching, performance expectations, and development support while cascading global IT Operations policies, standards, processes, roadmaps, controls, and directives into regional plans.
  • •Own end-user technology operations across the device lifecycle, including endpoint deployment, provisioning, configuration baselines, patching, software compliance, remote support, refresh/recovery, secure disposal, and asset reconciliation.
  • •Ensure IT service delivery performance and adherence to service levels; lead proactive monitoring, trend analysis, automation/self-service improvements, and major-incident and escalation coordination with timely stakeholder communications.
  • •Strengthen ITIL-aligned practices for incident, request, problem, change, knowledge, configuration, and asset management; run problem-management discipline including root-cause analysis and verification of sustainable resolution.
  • •Embed cybersecurity requirements into endpoint operations and deployments; coordinate corporate application enablement (packaging, testing, change control, communications, training coordination, adoption support) and manage budgets/governance for operational plans and improvement roadmaps.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (master’s preferred).
  • •15+ years of progressive IT experience, including at least 10 years in IT operations, service delivery, or technology leadership roles in a large, complex organization.
  • •Hands-on expertise in end-user computing and modern endpoint management, including device lifecycle, deployment, patching, asset management, and remote support.
  • •Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM), Windows Autopilot, Microsoft 365, and related enterprise endpoint capabilities (or equivalent platforms).
  • •Experience leading major incident response, ticket escalations, problem management, change implementation, and operational communications (ITIL certification strongly preferred).
