Key Responsibilities

•Own the mobile platform end to end, from assessing the current app to delivering a full production rebuild and ongoing improvements
•Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams across the company to drive architecture, design systems, and code quality
•Plan and execute migration strategies, build modular design blocks in React Native, and ship a production MVP within 1-2 quarters
•Incorporate AI-driven approaches to generate and ship code while maintaining high standards for user experience and reliability
•Focus on building for scale and reliability in real-world conditions, including low connectivity and demanding hardware

Key Requirements

•Deep React Native experience at a senior level with production apps in TypeScript, able to run a mobile codebase end-to-end
•Experience building from-scratch or major migrations, including architecture decisions, testing, and migration paths
•Ability to leverage AI to accelerate development while maintaining high standards for design and craft
•Comfort working across the stack (mobile, web) and collaborating with product, design, and other engineers
•Strong focus on reliability for low connectivity environments (patchy network, older devices, multilingual users)
