Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the mobile platform end to end, from assessing the current app to delivering a full production rebuild and ongoing improvements
  • •Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams across the company to drive architecture, design systems, and code quality
  • •Plan and execute migration strategies, build modular design blocks in React Native, and ship a production MVP within 1-2 quarters
  • •Incorporate AI-driven approaches to generate and ship code while maintaining high standards for user experience and reliability
  • •Focus on building for scale and reliability in real-world conditions, including low connectivity and demanding hardware

Key Requirements

  • •Deep React Native experience at a senior level with production apps in TypeScript, able to run a mobile codebase end-to-end
  • •Experience building from-scratch or major migrations, including architecture decisions, testing, and migration paths
  • •Ability to leverage AI to accelerate development while maintaining high standards for design and craft
  • •Comfort working across the stack (mobile, web) and collaborating with product, design, and other engineers
  • •Strong focus on reliability for low connectivity environments (patchy network, older devices, multilingual users)
