  • •Onboard, oversee, and maintain partnerships with third-party vendors, including coaching to performance of contractual and operational goals.
  • •Evaluate vendor work product for quality, accuracy, and adherence to contract terms and conditions.
  • •Resolve complaint and payment discrepancies within the vendor MOI and provide direction for borderline Total Loss situations.
  • •Provide decisions and insight on physical damage losses within granted authority and advance requests for further authority as needed.
