Job Summary

Design and ship user experiences across the full Fresha product ecosystem, partnering with product managers, engineering, customer experience, and senior leadership. You’ll translate complex problems into elegant, scalable interfaces, prototype and refine interactions, and communicate your vision to stakeholders. Through user research, feedback, and benchmarking, you’ll identify the most valuable use cases and drive high design quality while contributing to the design team’s culture and growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with product managers, senior leadership, engineering, and other teams to design and ship features across the product.
•Present designs and communicate your vision effectively to key stakeholders.
•Maintain high design quality and contribute to the design team’s culture through knowledge sharing.
•Conduct and synthesize learnings from user research, feedback channels, usage, data, and benchmarking to guide improvements.
•Design and prototype interfaces, turning complexity into simple solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Requirements

•4-6 years of professional experience in a product design role.
•Exceptional visual and user interface design skills using user-centered design principles.
•Experience with design systems to create beautiful, functional designs that scale.
•Ability to grasp complex issues and distill them into clear solutions for partners and customers.
•Ability to communicate product direction effectively, including under tight deadlines.
