Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and allocate the budget across all PLG efforts.
  • •Manage AgentMail’s Discord/Reddit presence through useful participation that builds trust.
  • •Generate posting strategy for LinkedIn and X, including messaging and cadence.
  • •Use PostHog to analyze signup behavior and design/run funnel and activation experiments.
  • •Own the events program and build UGC/social content by finding and amplifying builders using AgentMail.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant experience building and growing developer/community programs.
  • •Strong ability to connect with builders and lead community both online and in person.
  • •Comfort going deep on messy technical growth problems (funnel data, broken demos, landing page tests).
  • •Cross-functional execution and early, opinionated communication when something is wrong.
  • •Experience with DevRel/community at devtools or infra companies, plus credibility in AI/agent builder communities (camera comfort helpful).
