Job Summary

Design and test RF and microwave circuits and assemblies for airborne radar receiver/exciter hardware. Work across hardware and software design support, develop and validate special test equipment, and perform testing, integration, and production through post-production technical support. Create technical data packages for program reviews and design reviews while collaborating with an Airborne Radar Electronics Receiver/Exciter Hardware Design Group in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and test microwave RF circuits, RFAs, MICs, IMAs, CCAs, and provide production support.
•Perform testing for high-frequency circuits from baseband to millimeter wave, supporting receiver/exciter and systems-level requirements.
•Support hardware and software design and equipment selection; develop special test equipment and support validation and certification.
•Conduct testing, integration, and product support from development through production and post-production technical support phases.
•Create and present technical data packages for program management and support design reviews and regularly scheduled meetings.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related STEM field.
•Minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience in RF/microwave products.
•Experience with RF/microwave software tools including Keysight ADS, NI AWR Microwave Office, Sonnet EM, Ansys HFSS, and AutoCAD or comparable tools.
•Experience with high-frequency circuits ranging from baseband to millimeter wave.
•Experience with lab equipment including Special Test Equipment, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and power meters; ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
