Key Responsibilities

  • •Be the primary point of contact for prisoners on your allocated houseblock, helping overcome barriers to participation in Education, Skills and Work activities.
  • •Monitor attendance and engagement, providing timely interventions to support progression.
  • •Develop and review personalised engagement plans, addressing barriers such as literacy difficulties, anxiety, trauma, or additional learning needs.
  • •Coordinate with Key Workers, Prison Offender Managers, peer mentors, healthcare teams, and other specialists to provide effective support.
  • •Maintain accurate records, monitor trends, and support digital learning initiatives to re-engage individuals at risk of disengagement.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience supporting engagement, learning, rehabilitation, or work-based programmes.
