Key Responsibilities

  • •Load and offload rail/tank cars, ships, and barges.
  • •Record product temperature and levels in storage tanks.
  • •Perform assigned work and preventive/regular maintenance duties under operating policies, procedures, and checklists.
  • •Climb tank stairs, operate valves and pumps, gauge tanks, and assist with product transfer alignments (piping, pumps, and valves).
  • •Maintain Safety and Hazmat training/certification, follow EHS requirements, and become a member of the Emergency Response Team.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED Equivalent is required; some college preferred.
  • •Some college preferred.
  • •Ability to communicate verbally and comprehend written work orders.
  • •Willingness to work day or night shifts, overtime, and weekends/holidays with little to no notice.
  • •Valid motor vehicle operator’s license, passing required safety training/certification (including customer requirements), and obtaining/meeting foreign trade zone requirements including a TWIC.
