Key Responsibilities

•Lead user-centric experience creation across associate tools for the sales organization, ensuring business and customer outcomes.
•Serve as a subject matter expert across the sales associate experience including CRM, Project Management, Order Management, and Quotations platforms.
•Drive discovery through VOC research (interviews, surveys, usability testing, analytics, and competitive analysis) and translate insights into solution direction and product roadmaps.
•Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma, then validate and iterate via user testing and data analysis.
•Lead evolution of design systems and accessibility standards, and provide mentorship/coaching to help grow the UX team.

Travel: Medium travel
