Lead the overall operations of the assigned production business area, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective production of high-quality products. Direct and develop Production Supervisors and team members, oversee daily execution, and drive performance across safety, quality, productivity, yields, payroll accuracy, labor management, and continuous improvement. Maintain compliance with USDA, OSHA, and applicable federal/state/company regulations while partnering with plant leadership to implement operational solutions.

•Oversee daily operations and ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective production of high-quality products.
•Monitor and manage attendance, payroll, production, safety, ergonomics, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
•Drive compliance with USDA, OSHA, federal/state, and company regulations across all operational activities.
•Supervise, develop, coach, and performance-manage Production Supervisors and lead labor management, staffing, employee relations, retention, and discipline.
•Analyze complex operational issues, develop recommendations, and collaborate with plant leadership to implement effective solutions.

Key Requirements

•Post-secondary education, specialized training, vocational certification, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

•Previous supervisory or management leadership experience preferred.
