  • •Maintain compensation databases and ensure accurate payment processing; resolve compensation inquiry discrepancies.
  • •Execute and administer sales compensation plans, including commission calculations and bonus processing.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
  • •2-4 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related analytical role.
  • •Knowledge of Xactly or an equivalent compensation software.
  • •SQL experience and experience with data extraction from CRM systems (Salesforce) are highly desirable.
  • •Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and familiarity with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
