  • •Work directly with customers to define metrics for measuring performance and operationalize them so both sides trust and use them.
  • •Own delivery of metric reporting through transparent data access that reinforces customer narratives.
  • •Improve the metrics that matter most by diagnosing performance drivers and designing experiments to move outcomes.
  • •Scope and build product features, tools, and frameworks that enable others across Decagon to do measurement work at scale.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in data science, analytics, or another quantitative role with end-to-end analysis that moved decisions.
  • •Fluency in SQL and Python, with comfort working with large volumes of messy, unstructured conversational data.
  • •Exceptional judgment interpreting metrics, including understanding edge cases and what matters most.
  • •Comfort working independently in fast-moving, ambiguous situations where you shape and defend the approach.
