Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the Application Portfolio Management (APM) platform in ServiceNow, including APM support and day-to-day operations.
  • •Maintain and govern application and service inventories to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance; oversee end-to-end application lifecycle (onboarding, updates, ownership changes, decommissioning).
  • •Initiate periodic reviews of business applications, services, and server mappings to ensure data integrity, audit readiness, and correct relationships.
  • •Serve as governance approver for application/service/service offering requests and determine appropriate classification and ownership alignment.
  • •Enable AI and automation improvements to enhance APM/ITSM processes, including workflow automation, data-quality improvements, and partnership on AI strategy alignment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 846,580 - 1,209,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5 to 10 years of experience in ITSM focused on Applications Portfolio Management and/or governance (APM, Change Management, IT Asset Management).
  • •Strong proficiency in ServiceNow and enterprise IT service management processes, including Change, Request, and Asset Management.
  • •Experience managing application portfolios, IT changes, service governance, or asset lifecycle processes.
  • •Exposure to automation, analytics, or AI-driven process improvements (e.g., Power BI, scripting, AI tools).
  • •A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
