Job Summary

Serve as a Retail Personal Banker I at a financial center, using a consultative sales approach to identify customer financial needs and build relationships. Complete a 4–8 week onboarding with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, then apply retail product knowledge to cross-sell and set appointments for periodic reviews. Process teller transactions, help customers with questions and issues, support risk management, and coordinate referrals with business partners.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete an onboarding and education program leading to Retail Personal Banker I certification.
•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify needs.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products and recommend solutions using the company value proposition.
•Proactively reach out to customers using CAMP and approved marketing tools to set appointments for financial reviews.
•Process teller transactions and act as member of platform staff while partnering with Business Partners to refer customers and provide holistic solutions.

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry (preferred).
•Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new households and/or cross-sell to established customers.
•Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
