Food & Beverage Manager

Oversee day-to-day restaurant and bar operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences, efficient service, and continuous improvement. Lead the Food & Beverage team by supervising, coaching, and training attendants, managing rostering and service standards, and coordinating with the kitchen during service for quality and presentation. Maintain compliance with RSA, hygiene, and workplace health & safety requirements, while supporting stock control, ordering, and reporting.
