Job Summary

Lead end-to-end AI research and innovation within an Artificial Intelligence Center of Excellence, advancing generative AI, LLMs, multimodal and agentic systems from early experiments to production-grade capabilities. Prototype novel solutions, design and evaluate experiments, and collaborate with engineers, platform teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to deploy, operationalize, and drive adoption. Maintain awareness of cutting-edge academic and industry advances and contribute through publications and thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor and evaluate emerging AI technologies and research breakthroughs, especially generative AI, LLMs, multimodal AI, and agentic systems.
•Conduct original AI research by developing hypotheses, designing experiments, evaluating results, and communicating findings to stakeholders.
•Rapidly prototype novel solutions and build AI systems across the full lifecycle from data preparation through deployment and monitoring.
•Lead development of foundation-model and agentic AI solutions, including RAG, fine-tuning, multi-agent systems, orchestration, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
•Partner with engineers and business stakeholders to transition prototypes into production, drive architectural decisions, and mentor engineers and data scientists.

•Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
•Eight or more years of relevant experience.

•Demonstrated deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, neural networks, transformer architectures, and foundation models.
