Key Responsibilities

•Drive growth experiments end to end: Design and execute the Airwallex roadmap for Rewards and Campaigns, set hypotheses, define target segments, and measure impact on acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
•Identify and size new opportunities: Collaborate with the strategy team to define ideal customer profiles, priority use cases, and product adoption journeys; adapt Rewards and Campaigns for global and regional market differences.
•Build the growth testing system: Contribute to establishing frameworks, instrumentation, and review cadences for experiment design, governance, and decision logs; ensure reliable data and consistent, data-driven decisions.
•Drive creative for growth: Partner with the Creative team to brief, test, and ship assets (visual, copy, video) aligned with brand and product strategy; run structured creative testing to lift conversion.
•Deliver cross-functionally: Work with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data Science to scope, resource, and ship experiments; help define rollout plans and operating processes to ensure scalability and compliance.
•Influence strategy: Synthesize experiment insights into recommendations for roadmap, resourcing, and go-to-market; communicate progress and decisions to senior leadership to align with company priorities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 225,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of growth experience with a proven track record of leading end-to-end growth experiments and cross-functional projects.
•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
•Strong analytical skills with experience in growth analytics, experimentation frameworks, and data-driven decision making.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
•Experience in fintech, product-led growth, or B2B SaaS is a plus.
