Job Summary

Design and lead production-grade multi-agent (agentic) AI systems in enterprise environments. Own multi-agent architecture, orchestration, and coordination patterns, defining how LLM-powered agents interact with enterprise data platforms, APIs/tools, and operational workflows. Drive solutions from PoC to production with model, cost, security, privacy, and responsible AI guardrails, while setting up observability, tracing, feedback loops, and memory strategies. Partner with data, platform, and engineering teams to integrate AI into core systems.

•Experience with multi-agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI) and agent lifecycle platforms (e.g., Amazon Bedrock, Vertex AI, Azure AI Foundry).
•Strong coding skills (Python preferred) and experience integrating AI with enterprise systems via APIs, data platforms, and event-driven systems.
