•Manage and update the appointment calendar, including arrivals, reschedules and cancellations
•Use a dedicated digital tool to manage visitor flow and monitor in-store traffic in real time
•Provide proactive attentions (umbrellas, drinks, escort to exit or vehicle) and minimize wait times for guests
