Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow HSE regulations and rules during daily operations to achieve the Goal Zero target.
  • •Manage day-to-day line operations per process order, including extruder start-up, grade changeovers, line stringing, and operating machine control panels.
  • •Supervise manpower on production lines, including operators and contract workmen.
  • •Record and maintain QMS and EMS formats/records.
  • •Attend internal operations training programs and act as reliever; participate in RC sessions to resolve quality issues and close action plans.

Key Requirements

  • •CPET or Diploma in polymer engineering/technology.
  • •Minimum 1 year of related work experience.
  • •Follow HSE regulations in daily operations and contribute toward Goal Zero.
  • •Ability to supervise and support operators and contract workmen as needed.
  • •Basic proficiency with office/PC software including MS Office (e-mails) and awareness of tools such as SAP, statistical process control.
