Job Summary

Own the End User Services (EUS) Tower by defining and executing a 3-year Digital Workplace modernization strategy. Lead outsourced delivery teams to improve SLAs/XLAs, oversee global endpoint patching, image engineering, software deployment, and hardware standards, and manage UEM/MDM roadmaps. Partner with Enterprise Security, Local IT, and vendors to optimize costs and reduce risk while evaluating VDI/DaaS options and AI-driven workforce technology to elevate the user experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute a 3-year Digital Workplace strategy, modernizing endpoints beyond traditional hardware using solutions like DaaS and Cloud-native endpoints.
•Lead and hold accountable an outsourced Managed Service Provider (MSP) to exceed SLAs/XLAs and improve field ticket resolution quality.
•Oversee global patch management, image engineering (Windows and macOS), software deployment, and endpoint hardware standards with strict security compliance.
•Own UEM and/or AEM platform relationships and technical roadmaps, and manage vendor governance for PC/peripheral supply chains.
•Partner with Enterprise Security and Local IT to align security and delivery, and track sustainability/Green IT efforts within the EUS Tower.

Key Requirements

•Deep, hands-on enterprise experience with Windows and macOS endpoint environments.
•Proven experience evaluating or deploying VDI/DaaS solutions (e.g., Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365) and understanding trade-offs vs. physical hardware.
•Expert knowledge of UEM/MDM and automated device deployment (e.g., Autopilot, Apple Business Manager).
•Minimum 3+ years managing large-scale outsourced IT contracts and global managed service providers (MSPs).
•Bachelor’s degree in CS or IT (or equivalent experience); ITIL v4, PMP, or advanced Microsoft/Apple certifications are a plus.
