Commodity Buyer

Manage procurement of wheat flour across the enterprise, including sourcing basis and mill feed, negotiating transportation and supplier margins, and administering supplier contracts from entry through payment. Lead vendor setup and supplier onboarding, support supplier management programs, and run margin analytics and cost modeling for key brands. Monitor daily category economics and analyze grain flows and supply/demand to guide purchasing decisions and drive cost savings within the wheat flour category.
