Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all areas of project management for commercial real estate projects from planning through closeout.
  • •Interface directly with clients to develop scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, schedules, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Conduct request for proposals and complete bid evaluations; recommend project delivery resources.
  • •Implement project documentation governance aligned to company and client requirements and ensure project data integrity.
  • •Build action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule; track progress, report status/variances, and implement risk mitigation and contingency plans.

Salary: USD 105,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of experience and education).
  • •Retail commercial real estate construction project management experience.

  • •General knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices, including ability to read architectural drawings.
