Job Summary

Help manage and grow a AAA multiplayer community by engaging daily with players on Discord and other platforms, answering questions, and fostering an inclusive environment. Support creation and publishing of short-form social content for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram, and X, and assist with basic video editing and asset production. Monitor community sentiment, summarize actionable feedback for development teams, and collaborate cross-functionally as you support live playtests and player engagement.

Key Responsibilities

•Engage daily with players across Discord and other community platforms to encourage conversations and a welcoming environment.
•Support creation of short-form social content for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram, and X, including planning, preparing, and publishing community communications.
•Assist with basic video editing, image creation, and social asset production.
•Monitor player conversations and sentiment across social platforms and Discord; capture feedback and summarize actionable insights for development teams.
•Partner with Community, Marketing, and Player Experience teams and learn tools/workflows used for a modern live game.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Creative Media, or a related field.
•Passionate about multiplayer games and the communities that form around them.
•Active in online communities such as Discord, Reddit, Twitch, or similar platforms.
•Familiar with social platforms including TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram, Twitch, and X.
•Strong written communication skills with an eye for detail.
