Job Summary

Support the Horizon Program by ensuring stability and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion CX/PPM environments, driving incident response, access and license management, and security/compliance. Collaborate with global stakeholders to optimize O2C processes, leverage ServiceNow/Jira for enhancements, and drive cross-functional operational excellence across regions.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in the management of incident (INC) management processes to address and resolve operational issues promptly and within defined service level agreements and targets.
•Handle access request management, including monitoring downgrades and deactivations, and advising on subscription and license requirements.
•Manage license subscription processes to ensure compliance and cost‑effectiveness.
•Provide performance management and operational oversight for the AMS team.
•Ensure security management and compliance, maintaining audit trails across all operational processes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
•5 years of specialization in operations management, ideally within sales and/or project management environments.
•Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decisions.
•Demonstrated experience in process optimization, effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
•Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar enhancement request platforms.
