Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in the management of incident (INC) management processes to address and resolve operational issues promptly and within defined service level agreements and targets.
  • •Handle access request management, including monitoring downgrades and deactivations, and advising on subscription and license requirements.
  • •Manage license subscription processes to ensure compliance and cost‑effectiveness.
  • •Provide performance management and operational oversight for the AMS team.
  • •Ensure security management and compliance, maintaining audit trails across all operational processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • •5 years of specialization in operations management, ideally within sales and/or project management environments.
  • •Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decisions.
  • •Demonstrated experience in process optimization, effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
  • •Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar enhancement request platforms.
