Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely operate equipment, materials, and processes to manufacture photovoltaic solar modules at required rate and quality.
  • •Perform operational preventative maintenance, respond to machine alarms/non-standard conditions, and escalate issues that can’t be fixed immediately.
  • •Conduct basic quality control, recognize quality, and monitor process data to maintain process control.
  • •Perform simple maintenance using hand tools and instrumentation and maintain tools/equipment at acceptable throughput and quality levels.
  • •Ensure proper inventory levels, load/unload modules as needed, discard waste in designated containers, and provide shift and reporting communication.

Salary: USD 15 - 20.19 hourly
