Sr Lead Product Manager – ML Foundation Models

Own the foundation model pillar for PayPal’s Risk Decisioning Platform, building a shared ML infrastructure layer that generates behavioral embeddings for downstream fraud, credit, and compliance models. Define training and retraining strategy for transformer-based models, establish the contract between foundation model outputs and downstream consumers, and manage cascading impact when the layer changes. Collaborate with engineering, data science, and risk strategy to deliver measurable outcomes like faster model deployment and reduced time-to-market for new threat response.
