Job Summary

Drive revenue growth by building and managing relationships with complex commercial clients and developing business opportunities across commercial and industrial lending. Negotiate loan terms and structure credit solutions, prepare and present credit analysis and recommendations, and conduct credit reviews while monitoring portfolio risk and maintaining accurate risk ratings. Represent the bank in the community, and mentor less experienced relationship managers to support team development.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent education and experience).

•Strong relationship management, presentation, and negotiation skills.
•Strong financial and analytical skills to underwrite and structure commercial credits.
