Job Summary

Join the team as an apprentice refrigeration technician supporting maintenance and equipment checks for the rental fleet. Based on-site (5 days), you’ll perform first-level maintenance, run functional checks on test benches, identify accessories and parts to replace, and prepare equipment for specific activities. Work in tandem with experienced technicians under the Parc de Montauban team lead, while proposing material improvements for business development.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform first-level maintenance on equipment (e.g., cleaning, visual checks of refrigerant connections, electrical connection checks, and touch-ups).
•Run equipment functional checks on test benches.
•Inspect accessories and determine what needs replacement, including reporting weekly works to plan.
•Prepare equipment for special activities related to the business (e.g., ice rinks, specific projects).
•Identify and propose equipment/material improvements to support business development.

Key Requirements

•Prepare a diploma in the refrigeration/air conditioning/energy or climate engineering field (e.g., BTS MS, FED, or equivalent).
•Alternative acceptable diplomas include Bac pro ICCER or MFER, or a professional bachelor’s degree in refrigeration and air conditioning installations.
•Good computer skills and writing skills.
•Customer service mindset and good interpersonal skills.
•Autonomy, rigor, and strong synthesis skills; responsiveness and curiosity; valid driver’s license is a plus.
