Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently review and process enterprise-wide real time domestic and international wire payments in compliance with federal regulations and Wire Policy.
  • •Reconcile and balance daily wire activity with Federal Reserve Bank and CHIPS, and communicate any deadline extensions affecting end-of-night processes.
  • •Resolve wire exception transactions (cancellations, deletions, reversals, returns) with correct codes and ensure accurate client resolution.
  • •Add, update, and delete account profiles within the wire system REL database while ensuring authorization and completeness of required documents.
  • •Follow wire security and operational control procedures, input payment instructions, and provide first-level support to research wire issues; escalate complex issues to Treasury Services as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent with related experience.
  • •Two years of related customer service experience.
