Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage delivery of the PTB package from construction through testing, commissioning, and handover.
  • •Provide site construction leadership to achieve package milestones and project objectives.
  • •Monitor contractor performance (schedule, quality, safety, cost, and contractual requirements) and implement mitigation/recovery actions.
  • •Coordinate interfaces between terminal building works and airside/landside/utility and operational support infrastructure with airport operations, designers, authorities, and other package managers.
  • •Review design deliverables (shop drawings, technical submissions, material approvals, method statements) and oversee QA/QC, safety/HSE, testing/commissioning, documentation, and punch-list closure for operational handover.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering/construction management or a related discipline; master’s in construction management/project management is preferable.
  • •15–20 years of experience in planning, design, project management, construction management, or delivery of large-scale infrastructure/commercial building/airport projects.
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience managing projects involving passenger terminal buildings and similar aviation projects.
  • •Proven experience managing multidisciplinary construction packages covering civil, structural, architectural, MEP, airport systems, and utility infrastructure.
  • •Experience in PMC, EPC, Design-Build, or client-side project management environments, preferably including at least one Greenfield or Brownfield airport project (minimum 10 MPPA).
