Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a liaison between patrons, vendors, tour/event staff, medic staff, police, security, city representatives, Ticketmaster staff, and Live Nation staff.
  • •Organize event paperwork for the production manager, tour manager, and venue managers.
  • •Compile and distribute event details (set times, door times, ticketing, parking, sponsors, meet and greets, age restrictions) via an Event Day Information Sheet.
  • •Calculate and create invoices for settlement, and organize tour and house passes with a pass sheet for event staff.
  • •Coordinate with the Bar Manager to prepare bar menus.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.29 - 22 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Must be able to work holidays (including New Year’s Eve) and weekends (Friday/Saturday/Sunday) throughout the year, and be available for days and nights.
  • •Efficient with administrative tools including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • •Comfortable using office equipment for printing, copying, scanning, and faxing.
  • •Friendly, patient, and able to think quickly while providing effective customer service.
  • •Able to do constant walking, climb stairs, and lift/carry 25+ lbs.
