Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Data Center Construction

Act as the key day-to-day client interface for a major data center portfolio across Northern Virginia. Based out of the Tysons, VA office, you will deliver cost management services across multiple large-scale construction projects—driving estimating, change orders, cost planning, valuations, reporting, and cost control. Collaborate with design teams, general contractors, and suppliers to reconcile contractor data, support VE sessions, and manage post-contract variances and closeout.
