Recruiter

Own the full recruiting lifecycle by creating and executing recruiting strategies for assigned clients. Partner with hiring managers and HR to align on business needs, forecast hiring, and improve the candidate experience. Source diverse candidates using resume databases and search tools, conduct behavioral-based interviews, and manage offer development, background checks, and new-hire onboarding. Maintain selection documentation and use recruiting software/ATS to track progress.
