Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and coordinate employees for generating new business with new and existing customers, and proactively position consulting projects.
  • •Provide operational responsibility for the practice, including alignment to global and local initiatives and achievement of local and global targets.
  • •Deliver people leadership and discipline/fachliche guidance for assigned employees; build and develop the practice.

  • •Comprehensive knowledge of areas relevant to the role and practice.
  • •Strong business understanding and customer orientation.
