Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform service, preventive maintenance, and corrective actions on air-cooled and water-cooled chillers (screw, scroll, centrifugal).
  • •Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues in chiller and HVAC systems.
  • •Conduct chiller start-up, commissioning, performance testing, and system optimization, and review technical drawings and project documents.
  • •Lead site execution for data center cooling projects, including planning, installation oversight, and coordination with contractors and OEM teams.
  • •Maintain service reports and logs, ensure safety/compliance, interface with customers, and submit RCA and 8D reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •5–10 years of direct experience servicing chillers, preferably in data centers.
  • •Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles and HVAC controls, including BMS/EMS integration and cooling redundancy.
  • •Ability to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control issues using advanced tools and diagnostic software.
  • •Ability to interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, equipment manuals, and P&IDs.
