Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage individual audits and deliver the annual audit plan in line with timeframe, standards, methodology, budget, and best practices.
  • •Develop and champion audit techniques to improve operational effectiveness and the quality of audit assignments.
  • •Assess operational areas by developing trends, risks, controls, and expectations, and confirm audit plan focus on material risks and regulatory requirements.
  • •Ensure audit findings and recommendations are understood and mitigated, and drive coordination and collaboration for consistent delivery.
  • •Communicate audit plans and findings to senior management and stakeholders, coach and mentor team members, and promote knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

Key Requirements

  • •5–10 years of relevant work experience in the Financial Services sector, consultancy, and/or external audit.
  • •Knowledge of regulatory requirements and business processes related to Operations.
  • •Relevant accounting, audit, analytical, financial, project management, quantitative, risk, and technology skills, qualifications, or certifications.
  • •Undergraduate or graduate degree in business, accounting, mathematics, or social sciences.
  • •Preference for qualified accountants or certifications such as CIA, CISA, CFE, or ACAMS.
