  • •Supervise daily laundry tasks (sorting, washing, drying, pressing, folding, dispatching) to ensure consistent quality and timely service.
  • •Allocate tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure staff follow hygiene protocols and established SOPs.

  • •Strong admin knowledge with computer proficiency; able to operate MS Office, post bills, and maintain laundry-related reports.
  • •Strong technical knowledge of laundry processes (washing, drying, pressing, stain removal) and proper handling of different fabrics.
  • •Experience operating industrial laundry equipment and chemical dosing systems while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
