Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide expert financial insight, consultation, and decision support to EDO leadership, partnering with the CFO of EDO and Market Intelligence.
  • •Lead multi-year expense productivity planning, execution, and reporting, defining objectives and success metrics and providing decision-ready progress updates.
  • •Own EDO budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and planning activities using next-generation FP&A tools and AI-enhanced models.
  • •Develop financial models and forecasts for enterprise technology initiatives, using automation and AI where possible for accuracy and efficiency.
  • •Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering continuous improvement, AI adoption, and optimized technology expenditure management.

  • •12+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 10+ years in FP&A with significant focus on technology sectors and demonstrated ability to drive process innovation.

  • •Extensive experience with SDLC, technology workforce planning, and software application rationalization, with a progressive mindset toward AI integration and process optimization.
  • •Experience developing and evaluating business cases for major data and technology initiatives, articulating ROI, business value, and financial impact.
  • •Experience managing financial operations in large, matrixed technology organizations with the ability to challenge traditional approaches and implement efficiency improvements.
