Key Responsibilities

  • •Own SF’s workplace programming calendar end-to-end, including events, activations, and community moments.
  • •Partner on space planning, sublease transitions, and new-market buildouts while localizing the workplace standard for SF.
  • •Serve as the point of contact for workplace and space, triaging incoming work and closing gaps before they become tickets.
  • •Monitor the office and supplies, manage the vendor roster (cleaning, maintenance, catering, security), and run vendor ops.
  • •Own inventory and procurement, manage first-day and last-day experiences (including access provisioning), and track performance to raise standards.
