Key Responsibilities

•Use AI and research to find top talent. Build target lists of high performers using LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, Gong signals, internal data, and AI tools.
•Calibrate quickly and map the market. Develop a clear POV on what great looks like for each search and share it with hiring managers as a written artifact.
•Run thoughtful, personalized outreach. Ground outreach in real research, candidate territory, deal motion, or recent moves.
•Own the full cycle, from first outreach through offer close, including pipeline hygiene in Ashby and stakeholder updates.
•Close candidates with competing offers by building conviction, sequencing references, and running a closing motion that wins on substance.

•Strong research instincts to articulate why a candidate is in the top decile of their cohort.
•Proven closing skill with senior hires and experience competing offers.
•Data literacy and comfort with funnel metrics, willing to challenge hiring managers with numbers when needed.
